# Create your account

> Sign up for WifiPadi and create your business account.

## Before you start

Have this information ready:

* Your business name.
* The email address of the account owner.
* The phone number of the account owner.

## Steps

1. Go to [app.wifipadi.com/register](https://app.wifipadi.com/register).
2. Enter your business name. WifiPadi fills in a portal address based on this name. You can change the portal address.
3. Enter the owner's email address and phone number.
4. Create a password. The password must have at least 8 characters.
5. Check the portal address field. This address has the form `yourname.wifipadi.com`. You and your customers use this address to reach your dashboard.
6. Select **Create business**.

WifiPadi creates your account and opens the **Get started** page. This page lists the steps in [Set up your account](/account-setup).
