A promotion lowers what a customer pays at checkout. Your plan prices stay exactly as you set them, and the discount stops on its own when the promotion ends. There is nothing to put back afterwards. Go to Promotions. You need the manager role or above to create one.

Three kinds

The fields

The form previews what customers will pay for each plan before you save.

When more than one applies

The customer gets the single biggest discount. Discounts never add up. A plan on a 20% sale bought through WhatsApp with a 10% WhatsApp discount costs 20% less, not 28%. If a customer enters a code that is worth less than a sale already running, they pay the sale price and the code is not used up.

What promotions do not touch

  • Automatic renewals from a customer’s wallet charge the normal plan price, even during a sale. A sale is for new purchases.
  • Vouchers keep the price you set when you generate the batch.
  • Free plans stay free and keep their once-per-person rule. A discount can never make a paid plan free; if it would, the plan is sold at its normal price instead.

Seeing how it did

Each promotion card shows its sales, the money collected, and the total given away as discount. Open a payment on the Payments page to see which promotion priced it and how much it took off. Switch a promotion off with its toggle at any time. A promotion that has been used cannot be deleted, because it is the record of why those customers paid less.
